Day 2: It looked dry. 👀 It wasn't.

We put the meter on it — 90% moisture. WET. That's the water you can't see.. and it's exactly what turns into mold if you stop too soon.

So on this storm-hit Phoenix warehouse we set the drying equipment, ran dry checks across the space, then did a flood cut — pulled the wet insulation out so it can actually dry. (And no — we don't tear out walls just to tear 'em out. We check first.)

Save this checklist:
1️⃣ Stay safe first — get out if you see sagging ceilings, smell gas, or see fire. Never enter standing water near electrical.
2️⃣ Stop the source — shut your main water valve; call 911 for fire or gas.
3️⃣ Document everything — photo/video all damage before you touch anything.
4️⃣ Limit the damage (only if safe) — blot water, lift rugs, move valuables.

❌ Don't use a household vacuum, don't turn on wet electronics, and don't wait — water turns to mold in 24–48 hours.
