Chris Benson - DSI Senior Estimator
Chris began his career at DSI in the shop's molding department, building trim packs, receiving materials, assisting with inventory counts, and supporting safety initiatives. Through hard work, a strong understanding of the business, and a willingness to learn, he advanced into a leadership role where he now helps guide the estimating process and supports the development of accurate, well-planned bids.
In his current role, Chris works closely with teams across the company to resolve discrepancies, manage material updates resulting from plan revisions and specification changes, and help ensure field teams have the resources they need to build homes accurately and efficiently. His deep understanding of materials, scope, and project timelines plays an important role in supporting successful project ex*****on.
