• New home warranty repairs
• Rental property maintenance
• Light construction & punch-out work

Responsibilities:
General carpentry, drywall, paint, light plumbing/electrical, warranty calls, rental maintenance, and clear communication with homeowners and tenants.

Requirements:
Experience in residential maintenance or construction, good problem-solving skills, reliable transportation, and the ability to work independently.

Yesterday we had the opportunity to participate once again in the Build My Future event, hosted by the Home Builders Association of Greater Toledo. Over 600 students from across Southeast Michigan and Northwest Ohio came out to learn about careers in the building trades and get hands-on experience in the industry! 👷‍♂️🔨

With the ongoing shortage of skilled workers in construction, events like this are so important to spark interest and excitement among today’s youth.

Last year, our team worked alongside students to build a shed from the ground up. This year, we brought that same shed back and taught them how to install vinyl siding — giving them a chance to side the entire structure themselves! The students did an incredible job, and it was awesome to see their enthusiasm and pride in their work. 🙌

A huge thank you to the HBA of Greater Toledo and all the volunteers, schools, and sponsors who make this event possible. We’re proud to help inspire the next generation of builders!

What an amazing turnout yesterday at Build My Future put on by the Toledo HBA. There were over 700 high school students in attendance. I had a blast building this shed with these kids and loved seeing their interest and passion in learning about the trades.
