Another custom garage is taking shape at The Motor Enclave.

Diaz Fritz Group is excited to announce our latest project within the Enclave community—Unit 306, a two-story, 1,632 SF custom interior build-out designed to bring together private automobile storage and entertainment.

The first floor will feature 816 SF of dedicated vehicle storage and garage space, while the second level transforms another 816 SF into a private entertainment retreat complete with a sitting area, kitchenette, and custom finishes.

More than simply finishing out a garage shell, Unit 306 includes a highly detailed interior package with custom millwork, thoughtfully selected finishes, furnishings, and architectural details designed around the owner’s vision for the space.

Every suite at The Motor Enclave is different—and that’s what makes these projects so exciting. As a trusted construction partner within the Enclave community, our team continues to work alongside owners and their design teams to turn blank spaces into highly personalized environments built for how they want to use them.

This new leadership role builds on Robyn’s involvement with the council and her continued commitment to strengthening connections across Tampa Bay’s housing community.

New project. New opportunity for Epperson. Diaz Fritz Group is underway with the ground-up construction of two retail shell buildings at Epperson South Town Center East in Wesley Chapel.

Each 9,125-square-foot building is designed to accommodate six future tenant spaces, with the project including exterior finishes, MEP and fire protection infrastructure, site utilities, paving, and landscaping.

Being delivered as cold shells, the buildings will provide flexible spaces ready for future tenant build-outs. We’re proud to be part of the continued growth of this rapidly developing area of Pasco County.
