Late post! Another roof transformation! This one out in Copperas Cove, Texas!

This roof got hit with 3 hail storms back to back! Shingles were already on their last leg. Claim got filed and roof was approved through insurance! Upgraded the shingles to a 30-year Owens Corning shingle and it looks great! Roof had no prior ventilation so it was basically an oven! Threw some ridge ventilation to help it last longer and breath! Let’s gooo!

Transformation Thursday! This one out of Killeen, Texas!

25-year, 3-Tab composition roof to Owens Corning Oakridge 30-year architectural! Color-Teak.

Mr. Bonner had me come out and inspect his roof and we found some hail damage and filed the claim together! State Farm came out and DENIED his roof, but without hesitation, Mr. Bonner and I worked together, got a reinspect submitted for reevaluation and State Farm came to their senses and bought it the 2nd go around! Transformation Thursday! Another Waco, Texas client!

Phewwww!! Let me tell you this one meant something. Homeowner needed this one bad! Granulation loss was all over the roof along with numerous amounts of hail damage! She didn’t know where to turn to. 3 leaks in the house and a hole in the roof with rotted decking! Filed a claim and she got denied…. TWICE! But, we didn’t give up. When an insurance company starts pushing and not giving… NEVER GIVE UP! Sent to appraisal and got her worth with an approved roof and multiple other trades!!! There’s always a way around denials, that’s why you need to call me 😜
