Stole this from my brother in law while my husband was reading it this morning!

The Lie said to the Truth, "Let's take a bath together, the well water is very nice.
The Truth, still suspicious, tested the water and found out it really was nice. So they got naked and bathed.
But suddenly, the Lie leapt out of the water and fled, wearing the clothes of the Truth.
The Truth, furious, climbed out of the well to get her clothes back.
But the World, upon seeing the naked Truth, looked away, with anger and contempt.
Poor Truth returned to the well and disappeared forever, hiding her shame.
Since then, the Lie runs around the world, dressed as the Truth, and society is very happy..... because the world has no desire to know the naked Truth.

LOTS HAVE BEEN ASKING AND I DO LOVE AND APPRECIATE EVERYONES CARE AND CONCERN AS MUCH AS I LOVE EVERYONE!

I finally got caught up with the oncologist -

I meet the cancer surgeon next week for his take on the pet scan, but, the update from the oncologist....
I am now left with three options, Number one... since the mass was not shrunk enough by the chemo and radiation to remove the mass by way of my butt, I would have to be basically gutted to have the surgery. I would also have some of my colon removed which means I would sport a trendy new cholostomy bag, which by the way, I would wear until I die as I have too many other health issues to risk any surgery, that reconnects my colon and therefore removing the bag - it would be my forever friend. Number two... I could go back in to get smaller drips of chemo to "kind of" control the growing and spreading of the mass, BUT, I am to make no mistake...it is going to eventually grow and or spread or both at some point - future chemo drips will not prevent this forever it will help to prolong my life and we would monitor my quality of life as we go and maybe even change plans but that was my second option. Number three I do nothing and we watch the mass with bi-monthly visits and blood work and quarterly ct scans so we can see the mass and when it starts growing/or spreading we will resume a chemo drip first at that point and take a new look at my options at that point. He also says that at this point I have no active or aggressive cancer cells (which does not mean no cancer it means in the last three months my mass has remained dormant - in remission so to speak). This #3 is what I have chosen for now. All of the zillions of questions I thought of while waiting to see him seemed to disappear from recall but he was very straight forward and transparent (he called it). Thats it yall - I plan to just keep on and that is all I have for now...((HUGZ)) 🌠 🎇 🎆🎈 🪄

Asking for prayers. I am getting an online prayer circle going. My love to everyone who reads this. Let's pray for each other today because prayers are needed right now. If I don't see your name, I'll understand. I ask my family and friends wherever you might be, to kindly post this status for one hour, to whisper a prayer for all of those who have family problems, health struggles, job issues, or worries of any kind and just need to know that someone cares. Do it for all of us, for nobody is immune. I hope to see this on the walls of my family and friends just for moral support.
