120 yards of unsuitable material were excavated and hauled off-site, then replaced with 120 yards of fresh asphalt millings that were spread, graded, and compacted to create this new parking lot extension for a car dealership in Orange, MA. Another project completed and ready for use.

Three concrete footings installed alongside this garage in Gardner for a new lean-to addition. This was a challenging project with very limited access, overhead utility wires, structures on both sides, and some extremely large boulders that pushed the limits of the machine.

All excavated material was hauled off-site, and fresh material was brought in for proper backfilling. We finished the project with a hard-packed, graded base driveway, and a layer of loam, leaving the site clean and ready for the next phase of construction.

We spent the last two days in Ashburham on this project for a large yard expansion. Drainage pipe was extended 60 feet before bringing in over 200 yards of material to extend this yard capped with Loam ready for Hydro Seed. We Also cleared and leveled two spots, built shed pads, and moved two large sheds across the property.
