I am a Professional Land Surveyor with 40+ years experience in Surveying and Civil Engineering. I began my career as a rear chainman at McKee-Zumwalt and Associates in Hanford Ca and spent 34 years working for SLO County Public Works as a member of the survey crew, then as Cad Manager and lead draftsman as well as primary liaison with the survey crew. I retired from public service on May 5th and o

btained my Professional License May 22, 2014. I perform small property surveys with Corner Record, Setback Certificates and Elevation Certificates and Topographic Surveys. I am "Small by Design" so that I can better serve my clients and be available on very short notice.

Another fun survey. Hard to call it work when you're hiking around 80+ ac. searching for corners on the County line, overlooking Lake San Antonio.
The corners were really in the middle of nowhere, and up to 45 ft away from old fences that everyone thought were on property lines. Guess not. I love my job❤️
