Tenino stone carvers Keith Phillips and Dan Miller show off Dan’s latest creation, along with Dan Einstein of Olympia Ecosystems. The bench was installed last week at the group’s West Bay pond site. After a little backfilling, it should be ready for action. Many thanks to fellow carver Ian Williams for a fine sandblasting job!

This week we made a replacement sill for an old bank in Bellingham, it feels great to be able to match the original stones back into the old building, without access to them we cannot do justice to Washington’s magnificent stone buildings. Thanks to Dan and Chuck at the Wilkeson sandstone quarry for cutting us the blank to replace this sill.
