I have been working on this major renovation for a little over 5 months!! It spiraled out of control from day one!! There was a giant fireplace in the middle of the space, dividing the original kitchen and dining room, that is gone, all new floor joist and subfloor, a whole brand new custom staircase, wiring, drywall, hardwood flooring throughout, relocated front door, as well as stunning cabinetry!! Thank you to the Mills for trusting me with your renovation!!
