Did you know that the interior of your commercial or industrial buildings can be softwashed?
Ryan and Bryce spent the day Friday softwashing the interior of one of the commercial buildings in Linton. With Derek and I’s history with water inside our house, the thought of purposefully spraying water all over the walls and ceilings of a room makes me nervous.
But — here’s why it shouldn’t!!
— When softwashing the interior of an industrial or commercial building the main thing that avoids water damage is the floor drains. Genius, right?! 😂
— Buildings that are candidates for interior softwashing are ones that are made up of concrete, cinder block, or metal walls. The water isn’t going to damage these materials.
So, why have this service done? Great question! Here are just a couple reasons:
—Sanitize the area. The chemicals in conjunction to the high-pressure water kills off mold and mildew!
— Paint prep. Any space that is going to be painted has to be cleaned of any dirt and grime.
Unlike pressure washing, we have “The Steamer” — a heated steamer unit that breaks down dirt, grime, and grease. This is a huge game changer when it comes to those hard to clean areas. It helps us to ensure that we are getting the space as clean and sanitized as possible, not just surface clean!
