Toured a home during it's framing stage yesterday. Seeing the home come to life during different phases of construction is always fun and educational. It's important for us to see the implementation and techniques used by the various industries.

We completely agree! It can be helpful to gather others' thoughts, but everyone will have a different opinion. You'll be the only one living in the home, so design it to work for you if you plan to stay, and consider sellable features and design if you intend to move in the near future.

Trends come and go! In designing your home, you should always go with what YOU love and enjoy, not necessarily just what is trending. Are there any trends you love, or some you wish would go away? 😄
