Throughout the month of March, GPRS is highlighting some of the Women in Construction who help GPRS Level Up and Build Strong.

Project Manager Kerri M. joined GPRS after more than a decade with the U.S. Air Force and had little trouble entering another male-dominated space – construction.

“After I had finished active duty, I was trying to figure out where I wanted to go and what I wanted to do. That was when I decided I wanted to get into project management and more of the construction industry. Eric Fish (Area Sales Leader for Southeast & Great Lakes) had posted something saying GPRS was hiring and they'll fully train you to become a Project Manager. I grew up with his wife, and I was like, ‘Oh, that's actually quite ideal for what I would like to do.’”

Kerri has been showing up on job sites ever since, ready to deliver what the client needs with expertise and confidence.
