Concrete Sidewalk Replacement Project Summary
Existing concrete sidewalks were removed due to deterioration, poor slope, and improper elevation. The original concrete had settled below the surrounding ground level, causing drainage issues and uneven surfaces. All damaged sections were excavated and cleared to prepare for new installation.
New forms were set to establish the correct elevation and slope, ensuring proper water runoff away from structures and landscaped areas. High-strength 4000 PSI concrete with fiber was poured and finished to achieve a durable, smooth surface. The completed sidewalks now provide improved drainage, structural integrity, and a clean, professional appearance.
