This was a nice little reside job in Southington we stripped off all the old siding repaired some compromised sheeting taped all windows installed house wrap and new vinyl siding with new gutters to finish off the job.

My apologies for not taking a photo of the pre-existing door. This door was problematic because it was flushed with the poured stamped concrete during heavy rain. Water was overflowing the door and getting into the basement removed an existing layer of concrete cap formed and poured a new concrete cap 4 inches above stamped concrete patio installed new door and built new stairs to the basement. BardCo Construction partnered withJ Niman LLC and we’ve created B&N basement doors LLC we take on doors that are competition cannot do or is too difficult to do

Here are some before and after photos of a beautiful transformation from a classic style ranch home to a craftsman style ranch. We added a dormer changes the roof line all new siding and roofing. We also added a bumped out triple casement window in the family room. We started this project late fall and was completed right after Christmas.
