Completed Project Highlight: Alta Oak & Pine - 41 Governor Bell Drive in Londonderry, NH
 
Alta Oak & Pine brings 264 newly built apartments to Londonderry, NH, combining contemporary living with timeless New England character.

This multi-residence community includes eleven three-story buildings with a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom residences. Residents will enjoy a beautifully designed central clubhouse with both indoor and outdoor amenities.
 
MGC was proud to contribute exterior storefront, interior storefront, exterior and interior aluminum doors, door hardware, insulated glass, brake metal, auto operators, glass film, and joint sealant. We also extend our thanks to our vendor partners, Oldcastle, Kawneer and PacClad, for their support on this project.

Project Highlight: The Devon at Weiss Farm

Construction has wrapped up at The Devon at Weiss Farm, an exciting milestone as residents begin moving into their new homes. Located on the former Weiss Farm site in Stoneham, this thoughtfully designed residential community features 15 townhomes, three apartment buildings, and a modern amenity clubhouse.

Middlesex Glass is proud to have partnered with Callahan Construction Managers, HDS Architecture, and Icon Architecture to help bring this project to life. Our scope includes a full range of Division 8 and 10 work, including storefront aluminum-framed glass wall systems, interior aluminum frames and entrances, sliding and folding glass doors, glazing, door hardware, and shower systems with mirrors and rods.

Thank you for the support from our vendor partners Kawneer and luca + lex, this project is being built with sustainability in mind and is targeting LEED v4 certification for Building Design + Construction.

Project Opening: Belmont Public Library | Belmont, MA

This past weekend, Middlesex Glass Company was proud to support the grand opening of the Belmont Public Library, a beautiful new two-story, 41,500 SF community space designed to serve Belmont for generations to come. The celebration included a ribbon-cutting ceremony, remarks from project partners, and plenty of activities for kids and families to enjoy.

This state-of-the-art library is filled with natural light, highlighting our glass installations throughout the building. Our scope of work included Exterior Aluminum Framed Entrances, Storefronts, Aluminum Curtain Walls, Brake Metal, Glazing, Doors, and Door Hardware, all coming together to enhance both performance and design.

We are grateful to partner with G&R Construction Inc., Oudens Ello Architecture, and CHA Consulting, Inc. on this meaningful project. A special thank you as well to our valued vendors, Kawneer Company, Inc., Middlesex Building Products, Glass Enterprises Inc., and Dow, for their contributions to the build.

We are excited to see this space officially open and serving the Belmont community for years ahead.

The New L Shaped building will include a mix of Studio, One, Two, & Three Bedroom Units, with preference given to Veterans in keeping with Brighton Marine's mission. Middlesex Glass Company's scope of work will include 12,700 sq. ft. of Fiber Cement Panel, 9,200 sq ft of Composite Metal Panel, Kawneer. Aluminum Storefront, Terrace Doors, & Aluminum Entrances.
