Completed this tear out and rebuild of the floors in this home. Issues due to moisture and long term poor ventilation caused the beams, joists and subfloor to decay. We removed all the substructure as needed and replaced it to give these great folks a solid floor to walk on again.

Added 2x10 joists on 24” centers throughout this home in place of the single 2x8 that was originally placed every 6 feet to support the 2x6 t&g flooring. Lifted and leveled and supported to stand as it should.

Cutting out rotten and termite eaten floor joists and support beams on this 2 story house. The subfloor is sealed in 6” insulation that is coming out also and is such a joy to lay on all day. Replacing the joists and beams and installing block piers in places as needed to support the house once we pick it up to straighten and level.

Installed steel piers to lift this add-on, it had settled almost 1.25” and pulled away from the main wall of the house.
