A little trim please🪚

Some more updates to this modular home. 🏠

Custom built trim was added to the mantle of this fireplace and it’s surrounding cabinets. 🪵

The laundry room of this modular home was also updated with custom cabinetry and a built-in doggy crate. 🐶

Closet space? YES PLEASE! 🤩

These two closets were built into a modular home where remodeling/redesigning options are limited.

The first closet seen was once two small closets on each side of this wall. One closet was closed up so that on the other side of the wall that space could be opened up and used for one giant closet!

The third picture shows a new wall being built up to the door frames. This created the space for the closet.

The fourth picture shown, displays how that space that was created was accessed. The built-in cabinets were removed and a doorway was cut into the wall.

The next two pictures show the closet that was created, complete with custom shelves and hanging rods, and LED lighting.
