Another major Brooklyn project is getting underway at 80 Wharf Way in South Williamsburg! We recently installed the starter legs for the first of two Favco M440 external tower cranes planned for the site, part of Phase II of the expansive Williamsburg Wharf waterfront development.
Developed by Naftali Group and Access Industries, this phase will feature two residential towers reaching approximately 415 and 460 feet and delivering 363 condominium residences.
New Line Structures is serving as General Contractor, with Precise Construction Contracting performing the concrete work and Valjato Engineering, P.C. providing the tower crane engineering. With the first starter legs now in place, we’re looking forward to seeing both Favco M440S rise over the Brooklyn waterfront.
