Check out Skyline's involvement in the building-wide renovation of Rockefeller Apartments, a residential building that's considered one of the most prestigious pre-war buildings in NYC.

Skyline replaced over 630 openings throughout with custom-designed DL97 Outswing Casements and DL90 Terrace Doors.

Occupancy is officially open at One Boerum, a new development located in Downtown Brooklyn. Skyline Windows provided Series 500-4 Casements and Series 1700 Terrace Doors for the 22-story luxury residential tower.

Work is wrapping up on One Boerum Place, a 22-story, 96-unit project from SLCE, Avery Hall Investments, Allegra Holdings, and Aria Development Group.

𝐅𝐑𝐎𝐌 𝐂𝐎𝐍𝐂𝐄𝐏𝐓 𝐓𝐎 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐃𝐔𝐂𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 •• The Skyline Interiors team began designing a new line of custom office front products in 2020. In January of 2021, those designs came to life with the installation of our first visual mockups.

We created prototypes of our three leading products — Century, Dakota, and Remo — each with its own special features and benefits.

But what truly sets these and all Skyline products apart is that they are developed and built-to-order in-house. From the initial design process to engineering to fabrication and finally installation, every product passes through the hands of a Skyline professional.

Here is a brief inside look at the two-day installation at our New Jersey manufacturing facility last winter. Over the past year, we have continued to develop and enhance our products and are excited to continue sharing.

Updates on One Wall Street, NYC’s largest office-to-residential conversion project.

Skyline Windows has provided over 800 units for this impressive project including custom splayed double hungs, casements, terrace doors, louvers, acoustical panels, and the distinctive monumental windows situated at the peak of the building.

The biggest aspect of Skyline’s involvement in this massive conversion has been the refurbishment of over 2500 windows (including windows installed by Skyline over 20 years ago) that required service ranging from replacing balances and worn out gaskets, to replacing broken glass and thorough window cleaning.

Skyline Windows is close to 85% complete and will wrap up the project installing louvers and doors once the north and south construction hoists are dismantled.

BRAVO to Skyline’s Field Supervisors, Project Managers, Engineers, Fabricators, and Installers for the exceptional craftsmanship and effort that’s been put into this project!

Work is wrapping up on One Wall Street, a 566-unit office-to-residential conversion and retail addition by Macklowe Properties in the Financial District.
