Making some custom shelves for the storage nook then this bathroom is a wrap! What started as a shower re-grout quickly turned into a full-blown renovation including a new layout of the space.

First step: good prep!

This is why proper waterproofing is so important—it is your shower’s primary defense against water damage. This job was supposed to be a small grout repair but further investigation led me to believe there was a failure of the shower pan. I informed the clients I thought the best course of action was to demo the pan and I’m glad I did. This was only going to get worse!

I stopped by this previous ADU remodel to install attic insulation last week. I got some pics with the shower glass and kitchenette counter installed!

Before & Afters of my latest labor of love! This was an extensive remodel in an existing ADU that included a custom tile shower, new tile and LVP flooring, new base trim, new fixtures, and an updated kitchenette. Thankful for another opportunity to perfect my craft 🙏🏼
