Hiring Landscaping Crew – 4 Day Work Week + Optional OT + 401k

Tired of bouncing between shady contractors and short weeks?

We’re Jay’s Landscaping, a commercial landscaping company that shows up on time, works hard, and takes care of our people. We’re hiring full-time crew members who want steady work and a crew they can count on.

What you get:

4-day work week: Monday–Thursday, 4 x 10-hour days
Fridays optional: Rotation day for overtime if you want extra hours
Overtime pay after 40 hours
401k so you’re not just working for today
Consistent schedule, steady work (we don’t play games with hours)
Work with a crew that actually shows up and pulls their weight
What you’ll be doing:

Mowing, trimming, blowing, clean‑ups
Mulch, plantings, basic landscape maintenance
Helping keep commercial properties clean and sharp
Working outside, on your feet, in all kinds of weather
What we need from you:

Reliable: you show up on time, every day
Can work 10-hour outdoor days without quitting halfway
Able to lift 50 lbs and handle physical work
Valid driver’s license preferred
Landscaping experience is a plus, but we’ll train the right hard worker

Early this morning our crew arrived on site and found a large tree down, blocking part of the roadway.
Within 10 minutes, the team had it cleared out of the road and traffic moving safely again — no delays, no excuses.
