What began as a pile of reclaimed structural steel is now a completed agricultural storage facility built on helical piles and reinforced with extensive wind bracing to withstand South Louisiana conditions.

This repurposed steel building was relocated, re-engineered, and installed to provide dependable hay and equipment storage for years to come.

Progress on this repurposed ranch hay and equipment building. The structure is being elevated using helical pile foundations with welded steel column connections for strength and longevity.

At Holy Trinity Academy, we were brought in to install a covered walkway where space was extremely limited. No room for big equipment. No room for traditional foundations.

So we adapted.

We used helical piles to get the support we needed without tearing up the existing concrete or disrupting the surrounding structures.

Now they’ve got a clean, durable, covered walkway that will last for years to come.

We’re grateful for the opportunity to work on a project that serves students and staff daily—building something that protects and supports the community.

Another job completed and another opportunity to take pride in the work we’ve been blessed to do.

This commercial parking lot had a section that completely failed. Our team removed the damaged concrete, rebuilt the base, installed reinforcement, and poured a new slab built to last.

Cypres Construction was called in to repair water intrusion issues on this job site trailer and install a proper covered entry to protect the structure moving forward.
