Front Street Shipyard today... Actually had a job. Drain down two tanks, drill a 6" hole in each tank and put inspection plates in. 6 in. Hole saw through 1/4" aluminum... Animal, or idot... 1/2 drill kicked my butt. But in the end, i got er done...😃👍

So I do a job today, 2- 150 gallon tanks. He said, I had another guy do it 2 years ago. He put in the access... This first pic was it... A half inch b**g. In each tank... So i told him, well he couldn't do it right with that tiny hole, plus the fact it was leaking. I told him id like to put a fake sending unit in. A cover plate with a gasket... Sure he says, do it, but what about the other hole? I'll make it part of my cutout. So i fixed it and polished his tanks. Going through 3 filters. Water and algae... It was nasty. 2nd pic is my fix a 1 1/2 inch hole, with a cover plate and gasket... Another happy customer...💖👍💖
