Customer was wanting to screen in her back deck. Upon arrival for a quote we realized the railings were in rough shape. They weren't fastened properly and were falling apart in multiple areas. We were able to hook this client up with all new railings, new lattice, new steps, new screen with trim and a fresh coat of red deck stain. We also salvaged an old screen door she had and made it like new.

This decking needed some love. We sanded the decking boards to remove dirt, grim, and algae. Client wanted a new layout for the steps to be front and center. All the posts, handrails, and pickets were replaced. Deck stained to clients preference which was dark brown. All new screen with trim boards. New ceiling fan and finally the brand new screen door.

Check out this new pool house. The client was wanting a nice bar area with some additional storage for all there pool related items. This really came together beautifully. Total length was 10' x 20' with an 8' custom butcherblock bar.
