Some Acacia Butcher Block counter tops went in today a nice change from the standard composite formica counter that was originally in place. Stained and sealed with a food safe butcher block oil+stain in Hazelnut color. These turned out beautiful I think. What do you think? A little video to show the current project going down with Roney's Remodeling. This one is being done for my partner Terry Cribb with Statewide Roofing Specialist in his personal home. A little Deck repair I did between yesterday and today didn't get started till 6pm yesterday using battery lanterns to be able to work and knocked off about 8:30 last night. Went back and finished up in about 2 hrs today along with a roof truss brace to fix a broken one. Had a good time doing this one and met a great family as well as made an important contact with the home owner. Thank you again Terry for trusting me to take care of these small issues to make the home inspector happy so you can close sell of this house and into your new one. We look forward to doing business with you in the future. Some gears have started to turn because of this small job and cant wait to see what the future holds for us at Roney's Remodeling. A little Memorial Day Install. Even the holidays don't stop us haha this one is a 20 mil wear layer lvp nice and thick, Durable, and waterproof. Baseboard and qtr round also done by us on this one. This floor was done for Ms. Florence a teacher in the hasty area of Thomasville. We return this Saturday to install her kitchen floor. Then to do some small projects she has for us outside. Now is the time to gwt those new floors in before the company comes over for the summer. So you can show of those beautiful new LVP floors and give your home a fresh new look. New Pre hung front and back door installed for our customer/New Friend Woody. 32in back door with new storm door installed as well as a new 36in front door with new storm door installed. Ran into small issues with fron as it was 84in tall and frame was built in place for the door as most were years ago. Wasn't and issue for us just took a little thinking and framing and in she went. New kitchen floor installed tonight for a customer in High Point. All that's left is to install Qtr round and 1 threshold tomorrow. As well as hang a new front and back door for the same customer.
