Our office is temporarily closed as we navigate the aftermath of the weather. Today and tomorrow, our business hours will be modified based on weather conditions. Please phone our office before visiting at 717-225-2436. Our model homes will not be accessible until weather conditions improve due to ice and extreme cold. Stay warm and safe.

The extreme cold temperatures have arrived in our area. We strongly advise that you adjust your thermostat to maintain a warm home environment, thereby preventing the freezing of water pipes. It may be necessary to open cabinet doors under your sinks to facilitate adequate heat circulation, as the subzero temperatures are particularly harsh. We also strongly recommend that you refrain from using electric heaters in your home. Instead, utilize the heating system provided. Electric heaters pose a significant fire hazard if left unattended and should never be used overnight while sleeping. We hope everyone remains safe and warm throughout the duration of this cold weather and the impending storm.
