Here at Oak and Hammer, we rely on other craftsman for certain aspects and phases of the projects and builds we do...

That's where sub-contractors, like Beiler Masonry , come in.
Patrick Beiler and his crew are often one of the first we call.
We rely on him to get us "out of the ground" and on a good foundation.
From basic block work to custom stone, brick, patio pavers, fireplaces and other specialty masonry ; Patrick always brings his best to our projects and we're grateful for his talent and commitment to a job well done.

There's alot that goes on behind the scenes and details that go largely unnoticed on a new build.
However, pre-planning and forethought is crucial and will be essential in assuring certain important aspects of the project go as planned weeks and even months later.
Sleeves, chases and conduits installed now for : Electrical, Water,Gas,Sewer and Media make the installation of those important components quick and easy when that time comes.
We always install a few extra ...just in case.
"An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure"

Overall , this project is progressing right along... thanks to a good team!
