A gas line for a generator and a new gas stove. The dog was in the backyard so, no pictures of that today. Gas company set the meter right behind me and I was able to turn the gas on to the stove immediately. You could not ask for it to go any smoother.

"The flapper is dry rotted."

That's the least of their problems. It was cheaper to replace the flush valve. There is no flapper. The faucet was leaking. The water heater needed to be replaced. We won't mention the elephant in the room.

Commercial plumbing is my bread and butter but we are looking for residential customers. Drain cleaning and other services are also available.

Thank you Tom Buck for the referral. Tom is a GC that builds your home the way you want and he is also a home inspector.

This job was to camera and locate a portion of a home that will be getting an addition added on. One picture shows the route of the sewer and the other the route of the water line.
