HVAC Service Technician / Start-Up Technician

All Seasons Comfort, LLC is growing and looking for a motivated Entry-Level Service Technician to join our team. This position is ideal for someone with 1–3 years of HVAC experience who wants to expand their skills in service, troubleshooting, and new construction start-ups while building a long-term career in the HVAC industry.
Responsibilities
* Perform HVAC service and maintenance calls
* Assist with diagnosing and troubleshooting residential HVAC systems
* Complete start-ups and commissioning of new construction HVAC systems
* Identify and report repair or replacement opportunities
* Maintain accurate service records and job documentation
* Provide professional customer service at all times
Qualifications
* 1–3 years of HVAC experience preferred
* Basic understanding of HVAC diagnostics and troubleshooting
* Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
* Must provide your own hand tools
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
