Yesterday, Dallas 1 held its biannual company-wide training, bringing our team together for a day focused on growth, safety, and strengthening our culture.

A special highlight of the day was Dave Mitchell’s “Power of Understanding People” presentation, which offered valuable insight into communication, leadership, and working better together as a team.

We also wrapped up the day with an ESOP Q&A, giving our team the opportunity to learn more about the value of employee ownership and what it means to be invested in the future of Dallas 1.

We are thankful for opportunities like this to continue learning, growing, and building stronger teams together.

🎉 Congratulations to our September Employee of the Month, April F! 🎉

April is loved by everyone and brings such a kind, positive spirit to Dallas 1 every day. She does an amazing job managing our Care Team and has been an integral part of creating employee incentives and helping strengthen employee retention.

Dallas 1 was honored to recently help finish up work at Isaiah 117 House in Tampa. A huge thank you to Cemex and Herc Rentals for generously donating the supplies and equipment needed to get the job done!

We’re also incredibly grateful to Dave and his crew for giving their time and hard work last week to support such a meaningful cause. Opportunities like this allow Dallas 1 to continue living out our mission of Serving Christ through Construction while giving back to our community.
