We're Still Hiring!
Rocking RH Coatings LLC is still looking to add the right person to our team.
We do all aspects of construction—from site prep to the roof peak—and everything in between. We also specialize in decorative concrete, epoxy floors, countertops, showers, and more.
To better explain what we're looking for:
We're currently booked out 8+ months with new home construction and epoxy projects, and we're working on closing a larger project that could keep us busy for the next 3–5 years.
We're looking for someone who can work independently when needed. There are times I'll be on an epoxy countertop job for 2–3 days, which is usually a one-man job. I'll also need help on epoxy floors and stained concrete projects, but the majority of the work will be:
- Concrete
- Framing
- Siding
- Interior and exterior finish work
We take pride in building above minimum code whenever possible and follow national building standards. In many rural areas, local codes are limited or behind current building practices, so we build the way we'd want our own homes built.
We like to start early, especially during the summer, and typically work four 10-hour days whenever the schedule allows so we can enjoy a three-day weekend.
Pay depends on experience.
- Starting at $18/hour for little to no experience.
- We're willing to train someone with common sense, a strong work ethic, and basic construction knowledge. If you're good at one trade, we'll help you learn the others.
I'd also consider hiring an independent contractor. During times I'm on epoxy jobs or away for training, you'd have the opportunity to do your own projects moving instead of working alone.
