I pride myself on always striving to be as knowledgeable as possible when it comes to inspecting homes and truly love what I do and I love helping buyers feel confident in the home they are purchasing.

For agents, I get it, you often fear that report coming in with all that red that it’s going to kill your deal. It’s scary, but even scarier for the buyers. That’s why I always do what I can to act as a professional consultant. Because that’s a big part of doing this job well. Not just inspecting, sending the report and washing my hands of it. I want to walk them thru all my findings, big and small and make them understand what it takes to fix things, what’s it going to cost, etc. It doesn’t have to be scary. It’s about being informed. Informing them to empower them and you to make the right decision.

Giving them and you the information needed to move forward effectively.
