So, one of the lesser known things about being a remodeling contractor is, sometimes your wife will look at your jobs and like something you did for a customer so much that she wants it in your house too.

We are offering a new shower system line. These Sentrel Shower systems are a significant upgrade to traditional fiberglass surrounds. The offer superior cleanability and cost saving over tile.

We have installed several this year. A couple tub/shower surrounds, 2 bathtub to shower conversions, and a shower replacement.

A couple months ago we wrapped up this project at Center Park United Methodist Church. We revitalized this space, changing it into the new youth/young adult room.

This was an extended project for us as we were able to blend this project in with some previously scheduled renovations.

The space received everything from removal of the existing damaged ceiling and wall paneling, to framing and finishing new walls. The new walls were insulated for energy efficiency. The room received new electrical, lighting, doors, trim, and a commercial grade luxury vinyl plank flooring, and a custom suspended ceiling system.

Again there is a lot of photos with this project but they are defiantly worth the scroll through, especially if you like to see the progression.

We have been very hard at work since the last post. I’m going to start out the posts with this gorgeous kitchen transformation. This project included the kitchen, flooring in multiple rooms and hallways, new base and casing trim throughout, a window replacement, tile backsplash, and retexturing the ceiling.

The kitchen was completely redesigned to open it up and create a much better space to entertain. Lighting was added to eliminate any dark areas. We loved working on this project. We partnered with some new trades contractors for many of the aspects and what resulted is a beautiful space for these homeowners.

We were able to work with one of our suppliers, Hannapel Home Center, a couple weeks ago to replace the flooring in their kitchen showroom.

We discovered an unexpected subfloor issue during the demolition process however we were able to remedy the problem and bring new life to the showroom.

We have done a lot of wonderful work since the last post and I want to start by showing you this gorgeous flooring job we completed. 1200sq. ft of solid hickory hardwood and 450 sq ft of porcelain tile. This is some of the most beautiful floor I have ever touched.

I would like to give a big Thank You to the community members that assisted in transporting and unloading our monthly food shipment for the Three Rivers Food Site.

Volunteers hand unloaded over 10,000 pounds of food to restock the, more than ever needed, supply.

I would also like to extend a big thank you to Yoders Country Market - Centreville,Michigan for allowing us to use their forklift each month at the county distribution drop site.

Since we are not able to do much work... I can catch up posting the jobs from the past 6 months.

We did this decking project last summer. Approximately 1100 square feet of decking re-tread. The old cedar decking was deteriorating to the point of a safety concern. We had to make some framing repairs but for the most part in good condition.

The railing may be a project for this coming year.
