We are a well established business in residential remodeling, repair and service company in search of motivated and experienced Lead Carpenters who can both work independently or be a lead carpenter on residential remodeling projects. Applicant must have 5 years of experience with all aspects of residential remodeling. Must be reliable and ready to work at a fast and steady pace. Pay based on experience. Personal use of phones is discouraged while on the job site!
Lead Carpenter should possess knowledge and ability to perform the following skills, Framing, Installation of trim, Installation of hardie siding and siding,Installation of doors & Windows, Insulation of privacy fencing, Deck building & Repair, Etc.
Responsibilities:Maintain a high standard of quality workmanship. MUST have drivers licences and reliable transportation. Must have standard tools of trade. Must be punctual and professional.
