Meet Evan, Owner of Island Aire.

Evan’s story with Island Aire is one built from the ground up.

He worked hands-on as an HVAC technician before moving into management, gaining experience in nearly every aspect of the business along the way. After managing Island Aire for several years, Evan purchased the company from its previous owner, Bill, in 2021.

That experience still shapes how he runs Island Aire today. Evan understands the work from both sides — from diagnosing problems in the field to running the business — and he remains hands-on, customer-focused and personally invested in finding the right solutions for Island Aire customers.

Outside of work, Evan is a builder and fixer by nature, always finding something to work on or improve.
