I charge based on lawn size. For large family homes, typically between $35-$45. For smaller trailer homes, typically between $15-$30 (Both comes with trimming included. A dose of w**d killer is $5). During the winter, I do my best at snow removal with rates ranging from $20-$30 (that comes with ice melt where areas I cant get with a shovel). These rates are negotiable. ing details- The home improvement end of this isnt my specialty, as I am still learning the basics of it all. However if its changing lightbulbs, batteries in detectors, wall outlet replacement, moving furniture, and etc, I can do that. let me know what you need completed. My time is valuable both to you and me, what ever price works for you and me ($15 minimum). Moving from home to home varies on miles from the current residence. I'll go as far as Cedar Rapids to Riverside, and Iowa City to Oxford. As before, my time is as valuable as yours, prices negotiable ($15 minimum).
