Hey look, it's us!

Then and Now – Today, we’re comparing views looking at the buildings on the corner of Oil and Charles Streets in Tiffin, Ohio. The top vintage photo is one we found in the July 7, 1937 Advertiser Tribune and it was an announcement for the formal opening of the new Farm Bureau sales display building. This was an addition to the present warehouse and office. The Seneca County Farm Bureau was organized in 1934 as a purely cooperative organization. It was entirely owned and controlled by the farmers in Seneca County. We love seeing the old vehicles in the vintage photo, including one auto pulling a trailer. The bottom photo is how this view looks today. It looks like back then there was a large greenspace in the front of the business that was lined with stones. Today this area is nothing but all asphalt.

Huge congratulations to Austin and his wife, Kyli, on the birth of their beautiful daughter, Vivian Lynn Perry, on June 12th at 2am. Weighing 8 lb 13 oz and 20.5" long. Mom and baby are doing fantastic!
