Not all home inspectors look up before turning on the light switch. Very well put together report but they missed all the loose receptacles and hanging light fixtures. Maybe this light identifies as a chandelier.

It's the small things in life that can really add up. So are easy fixes and then some are out of other comfort zones. This customer had a microwave stop working. We came over and found a intermediate loose nuetral. We opened the panel and found a mess and 6 burnt loose nuetral wires. Please give us a call and I will gladly inspect your electrical system.
