Exterior Service Technician

Job Overview
Atlas Construction Group LLC is seeking a motivated and dependable Exterior Service Technician to assist with a variety of residential and commercial exterior repair and maintenance services. This position involves hands-on work in roofing, siding, gutters, exterior painting, and emergency repairs.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working outdoors, problem-solving in the field, and completing quality workmanship in a fast-paced environment.

Primary Responsibilities
Perform emergency roof repairs and temporary leak mitigation
Complete siding repairs and exterior maintenance work
Install and repair gutters and downspouts
Assist with exterior painting and surface preparation
Repair or replace window and door screens
Diagnose exterior damage and recommend repair solutions
Operate ladders, power tools, and jobsite equipment safely
Maintain clean and organized jobsites
Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members

Qualifications
Experience in roofing, siding, gutters, or exterior construction preferred
Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Reliable transportation preferred
Valid driver’s license is required
Must be at least 21 YOA

Physical Requirements
Ability to lift heavy materials and equipment
Frequent climbing, bending, kneeling, and standing
Comfortable working on ladders and roofs

Position Type
Full-Time
Hourly pay based on experience and skill level
