Baltimore’s newest Italian gem has transformed the historic Five and Dime in Hampden. We collaborated once again with the restaurant team behind and the design team at . The result: soaring 50-foot ceilings, a wine cave and private dining room, custom millwork, dramatic lighting, and a vibrant two-level layout that blends 1925 charm with modern hospitality energy.

Excited to share the newly completed at ! The school features two classrooms, three conference rooms, three offices, four team rooms, a breakroom with a full kitchen, and an open workspace designed for collaboration. A beautiful terrace with waterfront views ties it all together, creating a bright and inspiring setting for students and faculty.

is a national nonprofit that helps first-generation and low-income students get to and through college, providing long-term academic, financial, and career support so they can earn a bachelor’s degree.

We recently completed the new Comptroller of Maryland office, located at 1904 Emmorton Road, Bel Air, MD 21015.

The new facility includes seven private offices, a reception area, a conference room, a kitchenette, and a dedicated wellness room to support employee comfort and productivity.

What an unforgettable day at ! After years of collaboration and hard work, the ribbon is officially cut ✂️ — and the new SquashWise Facility is complete!

The celebration brought together so many voices who helped bring this project to life: Sage Platt (Board Chair), Jayden (SquashWise student), Douglas Hoffberger (Board Member & Campaign Chair), Abby Markoe (Executive Director), Savoy Adams (Community Fellow), Lt. Gov. Aruna Miller, Sen. Chris Van Hollen, Sen. Ben Cardin, Councilman Zac Blanchard, and Lisa Quinones (SquashWise parent) — each reflecting what community, learning, mentorship, and opportunity mean in action.

As Sen. Ben Cardin said best, “This is a big deal!” And we couldn’t agree more — with squash joining the Summer Olympics for the first time, it’s the perfect moment to expand access to the sport and support ’s growing impact in Baltimore. 🏆

The Admiral’s Cup at City Dock in Annapolis is now complete! Located in the restored Stevens Hardware building at 142 Dock Street, the historic first and second floors have been fully transformed into a two-story tavern with bars on both levels, creating a new waterfront destination for food, drinks, and live music in downtown Annapolis.
