I work hard to understand the client’s needs and enjoy working directly with the client to provide a personal level of service they require. The attention to detail and quality of service is my number one priority. My staff has worked alongside me for the last 16 years and they understand my desire to please the client by providing outstanding service. Each client is given my personal cell number to contact me whenever they have questions or concerns about their service. I feel communication is important between the client and service provider. I want my clients happy so they will refer their friends, family and neighbors to me because of the quality of care and service they received.
