We are seeking a Concrete Finishers/Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various construction-related tasks and possess expertise in concrete finishing techniques.
Duties:
- Perform concrete finishing tasks such as smoothing, leveling, and finishing freshly poured concrete
- Utilize tools such as trowels, screeds, and floats to achieve desired finishes
- Repair, resurface, and replace damaged concrete surfaces
- Work with a team to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to specifications
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in concrete finishing or related fields such as tile laying, masonry, or carpentry
- Knowledge of concrete mixing and pouring techniques
- Ability to operate heavy equipment for concrete work a plus
- Familiarity with carpentry and basic framing is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a team environment
-Willing to train the right candidate
-Rate of pay is 25-35hr
-Must be able to lift 50-100 lbs. Must be able to stand for long periods of time, work outdoors and in varying conditions, as per typical in the construction industry.
