Got a 16’+ high ceiling or foyer chandelier that you’ve been wanting to replace, but just don’t know how? Mr. Bill can take care of that!

With this 16’ A-frame ladder, or scaffolding if necessary, that can be done with ease!

Another option is to have a chandelier lift installed, so you can safely lower that 100+Lb chandelier down to the ground to be able to clean/dust it effectively.

If your electric panel is blocked like this, it shouldn’t be!

Before & After photos of a recent 200A service change.

When that sump pump was installed (after the electric panel was) it turned the original panel into a violation. There should be a minimum of 36” in front of the panel and 30” wide for working space, which required this panel to be moved over a bit!

New deck was installed and this customer needed their service riser replaced to get the 10’ minimum clearance from the deck surface. Now we’re waiting for PPL to come and relocate their overhead line and make up permanent connections.

This one was a walk in the park for Mr. Bill!

Just like milk and eggs, Smoke detectors have an expiration date. Their lifespan is 10 years, and the easy way to check the age of yours is to check on the backside like the photo below.

If yours are close to or older than 10-years, it’d be a good idea to replace them sooner than later! The last thing every homeowner should skimp out on is Life Safety!
