Drop ceiling completed.

Installing a drop ceiling in a newly renovated area of a barn for office space, at Sekula environmental services. Makes it tougher with everything in the office. My motto If I can’t do it, It can’t be done. 👷🏻‍♂️ 🔨

 New deck, to replace the old rotted out one.  A zoning permit only because of the height off the ground. I still built it to code except for the frost protected Pier footings.  However I did stress to the homeowner the importance of this phase, but he neglected to follow through because of the cost, and wasn’t a code requirement. pretty dumb, I think it should be mandatory to have frost protection regardless it was not required. Some people are Pennywise and dollar foolish not to protect their investment. They enforced the hell out of some codes and look the other way on others. 👷 🔨
