Throwback Project!

This one popped up in my memories today, and it’s still one of my favorite transformations.

We completely tore down the old deck and rebuilt this space from the ground up using premium composite decking and an Elite insulated roof panel system.

This Florida-style screened room gives the homeowner a clean, modern, low-maintenance outdoor living space built with powder-coated aluminum, insulated roof panels, and a reinforced fan-beam panel for the ceiling fan.

No painting. No constant upkeep. Just a solid, comfortable space built to last.

Customer went with bronze aluminum framing, chair rail upgrade, and full TuffScreen including the gable section up top. This one came out CLEAN.

Another beautiful patio screened down in Stockbridge, GA 🔥

Like we do on all patios with decorative columns, each column was custom notched for a true flush-mounted screen system and a clean, seamless finish from top to bottom.

This customer upgraded to ToughScreen throughout the entire enclosure. We also remove the standard screen from the screen door and rescreen the door itself with the same high-quality material so everything matches and holds up the way it should 💪

Best part is, we completed her neighbor’s patio just a few weeks ago. After seeing the craftsmanship in person, she wanted one of her own 🙌

Another Custom Build Complete in Atlanta, GA 🔥

This one was a fun challenge from start to finish.
About a month and a half ago, Dustin reached out looking for help with a difficult patio setup. After walking the project and going over a few different ideas, we came together with a solid game plan—and brought it to life the right way.

At East Coast Patio Pros, every part of this project was handled by our team, with each crew specializing in their craft—from framing, to roofing, to painting, to screening. That’s how we ensure top-tier quality at every stage.

Before we even started building, we did things the right way: We dug around each existing post and found the footings were there—but set too low in the soil. So we corrected it by pouring concrete around each post and bringing it up to surface level to prevent long-term moisture issues. From there, we went through the entire structure and made sure everything was properly fastened, secured, and ready to build on.

From there, we brought it to life:

✔️ Custom gable roof system tied seamlessly into the home
✔️ Built and engineered a cricket to properly merge roof lines & manage water flow
✔️ Installed 13 ft gutter system tied into existing with new downspout
✔️ Wired and installed a high-quality outdoor ceiling fan
✔️ Installed vinyl soffit throughout the interior ceiling for a clean finish
✔️ Framed door opening and installed a high-quality PCA screen door (full closure kit, latch kit, bug sweep)
✔️ Full aluminum framing with high-quality screen + ToughScreen upgrade
✔️ Screened underneath the deck to block bugs from entering below
✔️ Caulked and sealed all gaps for a tight, clean finish

This wasn’t just about building a patio cover—this was about building it correctly, from the ground up.
I was personally on-site every day, tool belt on, working alongside my team to make sure the quality, detail, and cleanliness stayed exactly where it needs to be.
