The Senator! This Bald Cypress, at its time, was approximately 3,500-years-old, 125 ft. tall, and with a trunk diameter of 11.27 ft. Originally, the Senator stood at 165 ft. but its top was damaged during a hurricane some time ago. It was once considered to be the 5th oldest tree in the world! Sadly, in 2012, the Senator was burned down and only a small portion remains standing.
