My grandfather was a woodworker and did some amazing work I wasn't able to appreciate while he was still around. As I've been slowly restoring this almost 100 year old theater's wood I feel like I'm connecting with him.......or maybe I'm not taking the "use in well ventilated area" warning seriously enough.

The cost of waiting...... a client asked me to repair a faucet that wouldn't stop running. Obviously this old gal was beyond repair. Not only that but the retaining bolts were completely corroded so they also needed a new sink. We got the job done but it would have been much cheaper for them to make them the call sooner.

Every office has that sketchy storage closet. Exposed wires, sketchy flooring, or poor lighting. That square footage is no cheaper than the rest of your space, get the bang for your buck and make it an efficient storage area.
