The Great Thaw is hitting Toledo 🥹. So that means great weather, and with that comes some mucky and murky underground conditions 😭! Thankfully, we have the most dominant crews in our region, and our response to this sanitary sewer repair was “light work no reaction” - we get in and out, bing bang boom! (And before you ask - yes! Once the warm weather holds for about 1 more week, this sidewalk slab replacement will be as good as done, as well as the dirt and grass seed soft restoration!)

We are Northwest Ohio and Southeast Michigan’s leading Sewer, Water, Excavating, Concrete and Asphalt company, and a Prime Contractor for all municipalities, industrial and commercial clients and residential customers within the region. When our jobs uncover sewer or water issues that span beyond drain cleanings, jetting and vactor work, we handle it all in house. This house had water in the basement, so we got in and out quickly - there were several (!!!) breaks in this line so we isolated each one, and as usual, when done, left no trace (fun fact: in this region, asphalt plants often close down for the winter, leaving hard surface restoration to be done in the spring).

Newer sewer ✅

Often times, the answer is a repair to a sanitary sewer line. Rather than doing a full on replacement of the entire sanitary sewer line, the proper fix for this job was a spot repair. Per usual, when we are done working, you should not even know we were there! When the post-job involves soft surface restoration, we let the dirt settle naturally (compacting with natural water flow) then we place the grass seed and, if necessary, will lay some hay down to help with retention of moisture and to eliminate dirt run off!
