RESPONSIBILITIES
*Oversee all aspects of construction projects
*Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
*Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers,
city and county officials and clients
*Schedule subcontractors and complete construction calendars and
maintain communication with the Eagle Creek Team
*Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable costs
*Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to plans
and specifications.

QUALIFICATIONS
*Previous experience in construction management
*Strong leadership qualities
*Strong negotiation skills
*Be deadline and detail oriented
